Location: Wichita County Health Center, 211 Earl St, Leoti KS 67861

Date: Saturday, April 5, 2025

Time: 7AM - 10AM

Labs

Call 620-375-2233 to make an appointment and receive a discounted price of $40

Labs included: CMP, Lipid, TSH, Hgb A1c, PSA (all men)

What to expect

Check in at the lab

Get your blood drawn by a member of the WCHC staff

Tests do not get submitted to
insurance. Total amount due at
the time of service.

Results will be mailed within 1-2 weeks
Follow up with your PCP to review results

Reminders

Drink plenty of water the morning of
Do not eat or drink anything (except water) for 8 hours prior to draw
You must be 18 years or older to have your labs drawn at the health fair
Labs will not be billed through any form of insurance

Vitals

Heart rate and blood pressure to be taken by WCHC Staff and EMS at no charge.

Mole / Skin Check

WCHC Medical Staff will provide a mole / skin check to those interested in a private room

Snack Provided

Coffee, juice, snack provided by Wichita County Health Center
